Ban 提供的「冷泡烏龍茶」做法:將適量的烏龍茶(約三大茶匙,不必上好的,可以泡二次)用溫水沖洗約一-二次後置入約1000 C.C. 容量的水壺,注滿常溫的開水後,置入冰箱,大約十-十二個小時後就可以將茶葉水分離取出飲用。將茶葉放回壺,注滿水後置回冰箱,時間到後再取出即可。

我向來都有在夏天飲冷烏龍茶的習慣,但都是用熱泡拿走茶葉後冷涑的作法。上面介紹的方法必須試試。在辦公室製作尤其方便。
Strong earthquake rattles Tohoku region (Daily Yomiuri, 27/5/03).

I had my first experience with earthquake during my trip last year to the Tohoku region. The quake last for about 30 seconds, just when I was at the Sendai airport, eating ramen, waiting for my flight back home. The airport terminal swayed!

Actually, I encountered another earthquake when I was in Kobe in 2000, the site of a devastating earthquake some years ago. The train service was stopped. But I felt nothing during the incident!
