The next WTO Ministerial Meeting, date not yet fixed, will be held in Hong Kong. Let's hope that, unlike the Harborfest, this event is a well organised one, and unlike the previous Ministerial Meeting in Cancun, the next leads to a breakthrough in multilateral negotiations on trade liberalisation.
