(Trivia) Unique in Ljubljana

A Walk on the Quiet Side - Ljubljana's Museum and Diplomatic District:

Just behind the Museum of Modern Art, along Tomišiceva, you will see the embassies of the United States (Prešernova 31) and Russia (Tomišiceva 9). Ljubljana is the only place in the world where the embassies of these former cold war rivals sit side by side. For security, there are no windows on the wall of each building which faces the other.
