Those, including me, who were outraged at the repeated outages of the Blogger platform over the past few weeks should read the latest Blogger Buzz announcement.
Essentially, full migration to the new Blogger Beta platform will take place soon, including those, again including me, who publish your blogs to your own domain via FTP. Label management will be available under Blogger Beta, and the dreaded "publishing process" should become more trouble-free (I hope).
