Ten more days

In 10 days time, we'll be flying out to Hong Kong for a brief stopover before embarking on our "4 Weeks in Italy" trip.

Well, the trip will actually last slightly less than 4 weeks. Also, we'll make a side trip to Berlin for a few days.

While the travel plan has largely been fixed about a month ago, I have been making minor adjustments lately, most of which related to which day trips we'll be taking from Milan. Bergamo has been on the list from day one. The day trip to Lake Como will now be lengthened to include a brief visit to Lugano in Switzerland as well.

As for the third day trip, Verona was originally planned. Because of the long travel time, it made way for the more nearby Pavia. But a suggestion from a travel forum has persuaded me to opt for Turin instead.
