新華社是“造謠”者？

這邊廂，當局追查造謠“軍車進京、北京出事”，拘留6人，關閉16網站，暫停新浪和腾讯微博評論功能。一時滿城風雨，人心惶惶。

那邊廂，北京市公安自2月中展開“春風行動”，整治網絡黑市盜竊詐騙等行為，共破獲案件1000餘起，抓獲1000餘人，清理網上違法信息20.8萬條，處罰網路單位3100多家。這段新聞，沒能引起公眾關注。

當然，兩者雖同為打擊網上活動，性質看來大不同，不能亦不應混為一談。

但，一篇新華社的英文報導，卻將兩件事相提並論：

Beijing arrests 1,000 in Internet crime crackdown

Beijing police on Saturday said they have arrested 1,065 suspects and deleted more than 208,000 "harmful" online messages as part of an intensive nationwide crackdown on Internet-related crimes conducted since mid-February.

The operators of more than 3,117 websites have received related warnings, a spokesman from the city police's cybersecurity department said Saturday, adding that 70 Internet companies that defied the warnings have received administrative punishments, including forced closures.

China has stepped up its efforts to "cleanse" cyberspace over the past few weeks. Beijing police on Friday announced the detention of six people for allegedly fabricating and spreading rumors on the Internet, as well as punishment for websites and social media that carried the rumors.

Sixteen websites were subsequently forced to close, and the country's two largest microblog operators -- Sina Weibo and Tencent -- have suspended commenting functions on their sites from March 31 to April 3.

消息一出，網上“謠言”四起，說甚麽當局鐵腕鎮壓散播“軍車進京、北京出事”等政治謠言，已抓獲千多網民云云。

究竟，新華社告訴了我們一件事實，即兩者其實大有關聯，顯示當局近期監控網上言論毫不手軟，寧殺錯不放過？

還是說，新華社也在“造謠”（其效果乃鼓動更多不安謠言），理應受到懲處甚至查封？

知道我這Tee恤上的圖案是甚麼嗎？

知道的話，給你一個讚。因為直至最近，我不知道。正確一點說，我沒留心。不是嗎，買Tee恤，價錢便宜穿起舒服看來不太醜就是了，誰理會圖案是甚麼？

我錯了。

那天，在某商場時裝店發呆等待離開，店員忽然走過來以韓語跟我說了一句話。

我當然聽不懂，用疑惑的眼神望她？她改用英語問我是否韓國人。

我說不是，為何有此一問。

她尷尬地說，真對不起，因為見你穿了以南北韓為圖案的Tee恤，還以為你是韓國人。

甚麼？

是啊，紅色北韓，白色南韓，中間是若隱若現的Korea字樣...
