Links of Steel was the title of a working paper from East Asia Analytical Unit of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. It was later developed into a full report entitled Iron and Steel in China and Australia (published in late 1995). I was the coordinator of both reports.
East Asia Analytical Unit has since been renamed Economic Analytical Unit.
