弄青口

今天首度嘗試近期常見的1公斤裝膠袋密封青口(Mussel),配意大利麵(Spaghetti)。醬汁用一罐全隻番茄,加西芹,洋蔥,蒜頭煮成。不到10分鐘功夫,開餐!

I like mussel very much indeed, and most important of all, you can have everything ready within 10 minutes, this is just terrific. Too bad, mussel in HK is not cheap and tastes bad.

  2. Mussel is relatively cheap here. For this kind of 1kg live mussel in sealed plastic bag, it costs A$8.

    As for the broth, this time it was tomato-based. We also like a Thai-style broth with lemongrass (since we grow it in the garden). Or you can simply add ginger, shallot and chilli.
