you are right, and i have no idea why. apparently you have to supply a valid web address before you can use a name in commenting (otherwise you have to choose anonymous and sign your name at the end).
see my testing comment. it wouldn't allow me to post it unless i type in a web address as well. i chose microsoft.com and blogger was satisfied. stupid!

just learnt that tokyo sonata will be shown on the world movies channel here in early june.
